What is a Home Information Pack?
HIPs are a compulsory supplement to the sale of all residential properties in England and Wales, and a HIP must be ordered from a HIP provider in order to market your property.
The HIP is designed to speed up the home buying and selling process, enabling your purchaser to gather vital information needed to proceed to offer.

(EPC's) for the HIPs we compile.
EPC's
will be required for all rented residential properties from 1st October
2008, although a full HIP is not required. If you are an Agent or a Landlord
